This is Colleen Chalk on the bike riding in her home, outside of the gym, without the push from her trainer, ......with 2 broken arms. I hope I don't hear any more of your excuses about not getting in your workout!   If you have two healthy arms, even one, you should be sweatin'! Thanks Colleen for making us all look like a bunch of babies.  You kick so much ass.  Even with your ass clearly kicked!
