The start of the recipes!

My Stepmother Vivian gave me this one.  Enjoy!

simple green smoothie
serves  4
1 head organic romaine lettuce shredded
6  ripe bananas
water  to blend it smooth
drink up
tip
romaine lettuce is full of nutrients one of the best sources of vitamins A ,C,B, b2 as well as folate, magnesium, potassium,and iron.
